Registration Requirement

It is the policy of 91ɬÂþ that all persons in attendance at the 2024 91ɬÂþ Annual Meeting and Exhibition, including participants who plan to attend one or more sessions, are required to register. This includes presenters, invited speakers, chairs, and discussants. Registration is also required for those attending a business meeting on-site. Registration is not transferable. You must be registered for the Annual Meeting in order to purchase tickets to attend courses and events.

91ɬÂþ’s policy is that each paper must have one or more presenting authors and that all presenting authors must register for the Annual Meeting no later than March 14.  Individuals who are not listed as presenting authors cannot present at the Annual Meeting. If a presenting author did not register for the meeting by March 14, their name will be removed as a presenting author. If no presenting author for a paper registered by March 14, the paper will be removed from the program.

91ɬÂþ Member Rate

91ɬÂþ members receive a discount on Annual Meeting registration. In order to qualify for the 91ɬÂþ registration member rate, your membership must be current through 2024. This means that if your membership will expire in December 2023, you must renew your membership for 2024 prior to the time of registration in order to qualify for the member rate. Adjustments and/or refunds for registration fees will not be given to individuals who register at the non-member rate and later join 91ɬÂþ.

If you do not have 2024 91ɬÂþ membership, consider obtaining it first by clicking Join/Renew 91ɬÂþ on the My 91ɬÂþ page to receive the deeply discounted member registration fee.

If you forgot your username or password, please select Forgot Your User Name and/or Password? to reset. If you do not have an 91ɬÂþ account, please select Activate or Create My Account and use your NOAH ID/CONTACT #/91ɬÂþ # to create a username and password.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, Masking, and Tests

All attendees, except those with a medically documented condition or a personal attestation of religious reasons, must have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination and at least one booster (if eligible).
